Well, this house is wonderful! You did everything we needed. I mean EVERYTHING. With a three week closing, you made the whole deal work so easily. We went to 3 closings in 4 days and yours was the easiest of all. We like to think that it was because you had everything so organized for us. You did the inspection and then you did the FOLLOW-UP inspection while we were out of pocket. THEN you negotiated an early move-in. AWESOME! We have bought and sold many homes. I can't easily describe how caring she was as well. You had my house we bought the year before under contract in ONE DAY, then you worked tirelessly to help us find another one. And MY update....the commute IS a bit much from time to time and you were right that I'm not wild about that. But when I sit out on my back patio with the dogs and look out over the lake after a long day, I am so grateful you found this place for me. We would not be in this fabulous house if you had not negotiated an early lease so that we could move in and lease before we sold our property in Georgia. We could NOT have done this without you.
